Re: consoles
If it's not too much trouble, could you please provide the dimensions of one of these consoles. I need the "longest length" from front to back, as well as the height at both the front and back. And the length of the top that opens. Would like to use this style as a console in my burb, but not in the usual location. "Size matters." If it fits, very interested in a black chevy one. Thanks in advance...

Re: consoles
Thanks for quick reply. Shucks. They are about 6" too long for the use I had in mind. Wanted to use the right vintage but looks like i will have to go with a newer year. Again, appreciate you taking measurements and have fun at the party!

Re: consoles
I forgot to lay out the hinge but it is perfect no rust or pits.I will sand blast the heads of the bolts that get painted in my cabinet and e prime.trim ring is nice just need polished. No chips ,nicks gouges in upper, lower or the lid.Grain is very nice.I stripped these parts by soaking in a gallon of lacquer thinner and rubbing with a bristle brush to keep the grain as nice as possible. On each side right where the bolt goes thru to bolt it together there is a small spot about as big as a penny that is worn the grain smooth from the seats rubbing against it.cannot be seen when installed.you should be able to see this in the pics.
shipping is $25 A couple q-tips and a drink cap of lacquer thinner will clean up the paint residue in the corners etc.I stripped a couple consoles at once so my thinner was getting dirty.also need to know if you want chevy or gmc emblem.I have both in nice condition. Re: consoles
only the first one from the 3 pictured is sold.Blue one is $275 shipped black one is $300 shipped both are very nice Blue is not a factory color and black as a very small nick in the lid you can see in pics.priced accordingly .Zoomin decided to go with a seat belt style and has paid me for a prefect flawless show ready one.will have pics of it as soon as sem color dries and new trim arrives.I have all parts for 1 more cup holder style that can be assembled with no flaws. It is $300 plus shipping all you have to do is e prime and paint in your color.I can paint and assemble this one in color of your choice for $350 shipped.

Re: consoles
Pics for zoomin.first pic is back of 72 parchment door panel never seen sun and looks new for correct color match.I have color chip from sem color ,light parchment and super white.I stripped small section of parts console and sprayed with super white. It is a much better match than what they have as light parchment.next 2 pics are material from 72 truck world bucket seat covers new that is going in my truck.Parchment blue and white highlander.I am going with the super white for my console ,door panels, etc on my personal truck. You requested parchment for you console. The sem color super white is a much better match to the gm parchment interior.I what to use sem color so in the future if something happens and your console gets scratched or you need to redo your door panels etc you will be able match it up.
