T70
T is the prefix for the cabovers right?
and a 70 series would make a 3 1/2 ton? How rare would a 67 GMC T-70 be? Anything cool options to look for on em? |

Re: T70
Yes,the T series are cab0vers. They are right about rare these days. Certainly seldom seen. They had so many options it's crazy. Not sure exactly what the weight rating is on a 70,but there were axle/suspension/brake options within the series with more weight capacity than others. One place to look at possible options is on Chipflyer's website... www.outintheshop.com . Click on the RPO codes and you'll know the ones that aren't 10-30 series. Just not exactly which trucks the options could come on. N13 is dual exhaust stack

Re: T70
There's one on one of my customer's ranches - he's using it as a water truck to keep the dust down on the roads. Pretty cool trucks.

Re: T70
Yeah, they're pretty neat, this is one is a single axle short wheel base, it's a stubby little guy. Ex-Navy truck.
I'm gonna talk to the guy some more. |

Re: T70
See if you can get some pictures. I pass this Astro single axle day cab sitting on a farm that keeps getting me thinking. It looks as tall as it is long. It's the same green as my '92 (Woodland or Dark Green) with dual air horns and not too bad looking.
