Congrats Mike, can't wait to hear how it works since I have not physically used mine as of yet.

Overall, how pleased are you with it/them so far?

thanks for the replies..

Jeff-- 100% pleased with customer service and quality of parts.. Steve, the owner, worked with me to make 100% sure it was going to bolt up to my somewhat rare configuration..

You should see their TV cable setup for retrofitting the 700 into a carbed vehicle. Its patented and designed/engineered/produced by them. Its genius. Check out the website http://www.tvmadeez.com/

Included with the trans is a pressure guage and hose/fittings and a b&m temp guage with all required fittings and connections... Also got their system for setting up the converter lockup.. A replacement brake switch and a manual toggle switch for driver-control and all the wiring and harness.. its sweet.. You should also see the instructions.. Im really impressed, these guys have got it together.

More later! (after installation)

I got the second best one, level three I believe (rated to handle my 468). I purchased it about a year ago...I planned on having the truck driveable by this summer but things have come up and i am behind schedule. I am pleased with it so far and the quaity of the parts is excellent. Cant wait to see what a 700 feels like compared to my old 350 trans (I have 4.10 gears too!).

Im buying a 700r4 from my friends trans am. He told me it was rebuilt not long ago but the engine blew so he has no use for it now. What all do I need to buy to hook it up?

What year trans is it? If it's 93 or newer you will need the computer that will work for the truck and tranny. If 92 or older then you can get away with setting the TV cable and wiring the lock converter on it.
