It Lives! (insert maniacal laugh here)
Finally got the remanned engine installed in my 72 project started it up tonight again after fixing a massive oil leak out of the back of the intake the other day.
New (junkyard) electric fans had her heating up to close to 200 with an outside air temp of 92, so I cut the breakin a little short, but overall, I'm a happy camper, and as you can see from the picture, my assistant approved as well

Can't see much of the motor, but it looks like you have one of those fire starter air cleaners. It's your truck, but if it were mine, the fire starter would go directly to the trash can, 'cause burning trucks are not a pretty sight.

Thanks guys,
Hey Kurt, how are things over at the Service Center? I actually didn't have any time off, starting with the first week in July, Cessna loaned me out to the Kansas Technical Training Initiative for 4 months, so I'm kinda out of touch with day to day operations.

we are still working, no lay-offs or anything yet and i don'tsee any coming. In june they let us take DOWP's because apparently the word was out that we would be closed along with the factory so we were extremly slow. other then that, things are good, still building us our new building.
