No Fuel?

I was getting a weak spark. I replaced the battery and the ignition coil and now the spark is nice and bright but still no start. I sprayed some starter fluid in it and would start up for a second. I'm assuming it's fuel now. I recently replaced the fuel filter... What's the best way to check for fuel?
