he does not mention havin the broken off piece to weld back in place/it would also need to b milled for proper sealing

I don't believe he has the piece...so it would have to be fabricated...any idea what the cost for something like this would be? I MIG weld...but not TIG ( not yet anyway ) ...so I'd have to outsource the repair.
