Brake line question

About to drop a new engine in my '70 K10 burb, then realized I better do something about the front brake lines first. I put SS lines on my '72 K10 burb years ago, now it is my parts truck. I want to put them on the '70, but the layout is different and so are the frame holes. The '70 is a 2wd body on a 4wd burb chassis, as far as I can tell a '70 as well. The '72 I am confident is a stone-stock original. The '70 has a 10 bolt front axle, I figured somebody wanted power discs in front. But the lines come through a hole in the frame in different places, frame holes are different, etc. Which one is right? Or are the both correct and just model year differences? The pictures explain my questions better than I can. The one indoors is the '70, the rusty one outdoors is the '72. Thanks.

Re: Brake line question

I'm just going the '72 route, can make the frame holes on the '70 work but will use '70 line clamps because they're in better shape. I'm sure it will be harder than I think.
