Need to move more air across A/C condensor.
I have a 67 C-10 with a 350 engine.I put a Old Air A/C kit on it last winter and now in the summer heat it is not working properly.I checked my high side yesterday and it was around 250-275PSI.The truck has a Northern alumiumn radiator in it.It has a chrome half shroud on it.I would take the shroud off and put a factory plastic on it if i thought it would fit on the radiator.I was looking at the electrical dual fan assembly set up at Brothers for $359 -10% If i went with this set up would you take the fan off and would it move more air across the condensor?

Re: Need to move more air across A/C condensor.
I would think above 5-10 miles an hour no fan, stock or electric, is going to increase air flow though the radiator.

I would add a pusher fan to the condenser. That's how most manufacturers do it because R134 requires lots of airflow.
