Firewall rubber boot for brake rod - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I need the brake rod boot that mounts to the firewall where the brake pedal rod goes through to the booster assembly. Everywhere I look it says it is discontinued by the manufacturer. That's a big hole that I have to do something about. Any ideas on where I could find one? No old trucks in the junk yards around here. Vehicles get scavenged and crushed within a few weeks of coming in.

Not totally accurate in it's design,... but Classic Parts has these for $2.95 each.

GM was the only supplier on these. Everyone who sold them got them from GM. GM has discontinued them, This is why everybody is out. It is also why we decided to have them produced. Early november is when we were told that we will receive our first batch. So keep your eyes open to our company and if anything breaks early we will let everyone know. WES
