Looking to clean up the firewall and later on go with aftermarket heat/air cond. Where can I get the heater delete plates for now, not ready to do the whole install just yet. Just trying to smooth out the firewall right now. Thanks, Fred.

Re: hEATER BLOCK OFFS??
Thanks Keith. Thought I saw some that were seperate pieces and even some that reshaped the upper area to match the drivers side. maybe i am imagining things, you know how everything runs together after awhile.

Re: hEATER BLOCK OFFS??
Doing the same thing, today as a matter of fact.I removed all heater parts inside and out.I then made 3 cardboard templates for the 3 large holes.I cut some 1/8" aluminium plate to fit snugly and using Duraglass to fill void.I drilled a 1/4" hole in the centers of each plate and put in a self tapping lag bolt to make fit and check for fit easier.I don't weld but I am very good with glass work.I will get some pics up.I realize that weld in plates are best just did not have that option.
