Speedo cable
I'm fixing to install my GPS speedo and want to know what to do about the cable hookup on the transmission. Should I just take it loose and leave it are cut the old connection off and place it on the tranny.
Do they make a cover for it. I have a 700-R4 transmission.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |

Re: Speedo cable
i've never had this problem
i i were to go that route i'd remove the speedo gear housing and make a custom plug up to put into the tranny case and have it held in place with the bolt that holds the speedo sender in place

Re: Speedo cable
cdowns,
I have thought about that also. Transmission guy said put a freeze plug in it and forget about it. That sounds simple enough!
