Re: Helper bag kit

Description from the AirLift 1000 front kit posted:

•The perfect helping-hand for your open coil springs, giving you up to 1,000 lbs of leveling capacity
•Fine-tune the level of dampening for the right mix of load support and ride quality
•Tough polyurethane construction is custom-molded to fit your springs
Made just for open coil spring suspensions

The text states these are for open coils & that they can be used front & rear. But, the rear coils in this application are not 'open'; they're pigtailed (closed) on both ends. Do they make something similar that works w/the closed type coils?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

I love mine.

I ran the air lines back to the bumper and made them the tag bolts!
Oh man it made a differance in the ride. No more bouncing when I go over small humps in the road.
Man I need to move those shock's one of these days.

It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
