That green one looks great except for the wheels being gone. That's what mine started life as before I got a hold of it!
Nice find.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Thought these were all worthy...

Ya know, it's sad when junkyard trucks look better than the ones I'm fixing! I agree with the others, great find, that green one needs to come out of there for sure!

We dont have good yards like that around here . That green one looks better than my driver before the bodyshop took it apart.

Re: Thought these were all worthy...

In rust infested we use copious amounts salt on our roads have bad humidity, and the worst roads in the US.

The Great State of Illinois. You can barely find a vehicle 10 years old that doesn't have a hole rusted in it in our yards.

That is a major find

Re: Thought these were all worthy...

Sad finding good old Chevy's getting junked. The other day I found a 48 Chevy truck at a yard and I wanted to bring it home bad but I can't bring home anymore strays.

Body was decent for my salty state of PA.

Re: Thought these were all worthy...

cabs are bad, beds are bad, grills are still decent. as much as i hate seeing them come in one by one, it is always a score because they usually have the part i need... i spend pretty much all day every time i go, just seeing all of the different set ups people had back then

Re: Thought these were all worthy...

That green/white truck looks nice, and it looks like a shortbed ? Either way I would get some wheels on it and take her home or at very least the fenders !!!
