Who can tell me why I am posting this picture?

This was in a shipping magazine I get at work. I'd say you'll win a prize if you guess, but I'd be lying

I can see the 50th. (definately a 50th as the front end and marker lights make it obvious ) But where's the blazer.

Talking Re: Who can tell me why I am posting this picture?

Long bed 70 model standard equipment, no tach in the dash and the wheels aren't correct for it to be a annversary model!

The surburban behind it has a bad day at the paint shop for sure but I see no Blazer in sight!

It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Who can tell me why I am posting this picture?

Pretty sure it's ochre, and my guess was '68 but you guys pretty much nailed it

I just got a good laugh out of the fact that I'm reading a shipping magazine and the first thing I pic up on the page is that truck!

And I definitely would be seriously concerned about weather-exposed shipping like that.

Re: Who can tell me why I am posting this picture?

The trim looks like the 69-72 style to me. Also no white at the bottom so not likely it's a 50th.

Re: Who can tell me why I am posting this picture?

hmmm... 71swb4x4 is right. I would say it's a 69-70. Looks like there's a solid bar on the front grill, and with white painted wheels, probably a custom with the white top and ochre bottom.

That was the first thing I spotted too. I agree with the 69 or 70 ochre with white top and a white cap on the bed. Really cool pic!
