Zoomin I don't know where you get off with all of this I told Brian I did not know how to use pay paypal and that my 16 yearold has a acont yes he sent a bunch of pm's and I replied to a few of them I also did not know he Was going to send it out with out payment but Brian is a nice guy and trust people I did not try to take advantage of him I did not tell him to send it with no payment it's just something that happend and it's behind us so I think you should zoom in your business and not ours

I was ripped off for more than $300 by another member, who as it turned out had gone AWOL before. If there were some way to check out the status of someone before you conduct a transaction, I doubt I would have done business with him.

I did not learn about his past until after I had posted in the bad deals forum, and as far as I'm concerned that's way too late. This board has a great reputation for being the "Go to" place to get parts from fellow members as well as sponsoring vendors. This will remain the case only for as long as people can conduct business in confidence, and to me that means knowing who you're dealing with.

Brian, I'm glad you were finally able to get your money, but it wasn't until the board admin got involved and after you had sent several emails with no communication at all. I firmly believe that people that do not act in an ethical manner should be flagged in some manner so others can evaluate for themselves if "the deal is behind them".

This transaction is not only my interest, but in the interest of everyone that uses this forum. Glad you had a happy ending.
