Everlast plasma,tig, stick coming! ; )

Hi all! Prompted by the thread below, I really looked into the 3 in 1 machines and found this Powerultra 205 to be what I think I'll be happy with. The Everlast guy on her also was nice to see him join and be part of the fun! I haven't gotten it yet, but am excited about something else to learn and apply to my projects. My husband(Gary) wasn't exactly thrilled about me spending 800.oo, but I explained and he got over it! ; )
Also, mentioning I saw it "advertised" on our site, he gave me an additonal 100.oo off and free shipping, even comes with a foot pedal! ; )

So, I've got a nice mig from Northern Tool and welding table, a little oxyacetelene rig, now a tig/plasma/and stick(now I just need to learn how to tig)!! I want to learn to be the best I can be!

And now I need to make a phone call to get a 220v put in my garage; I may can do it, shouldn't be that difficult? We have a detached garage, and just need to be able to run the line over there, or maybe a really long extension cord(220) running from the breaker box?

So you got this from a guy who used to be a board vendor 2 years ago?

I could see using an Everlast palsma, but not TIG. After using a few different TIGS, I'd stick with a Miller unit.
Let us know how this works for you. So what do YOU sell here on the board?

; ) sell, I'm a packrat! I don't sell anything~ if I put stuff on CL, then I get jewed down to where I almost give it away!! no biggy on the guy NOT being on here anymore~ I think he just made a guest appearance, but all in all, I think I"ll be ok with what I bought. I do have two bench seats that will be going on CL as I bought a seat out of a Tahoe 2nd row seat today. well, that's about it. I was just hoping to see a little excitment on something I bought that I'm excited about. Don't be like my husband~ : )

Bwahaha!
I suppose what I typed could come across a bit catty. LOL. Well good for you. Let us know how it works out for you.

Normally "High Octane" members are hocking their wares. Sorry, offering their services and/or product.
Granted I have been occupied by work and dealing with an on-the-job injury. As a result I am not up on the latest on the board. I see that you work in PT. And I didn't see any posts about items or services for sale.
Btw, your husband sounds great.

Well, I bought the High Octane cause I felt like this site has been greatly beneficial towards my project and wanted to be part of the site and not just an onlooker not contributing. I've felt like I've made some friends and people that are sincere in the advice that they give.
Anyway, sorry about your injury! I have a tendancy to be nosey and ask what happened?
