Spent all day in the garage. Projects were successfully completed. I replaced the pinion and cover seal on the rearend, finished welding up and painting the rear bumper, replaced the melted dimmer switch and damaged wires, Installed a new headlight harness that uses relays right next to the battery, ran the wires for a set of foglights to be installed with the new front bumper, and yanked out all the rusty nasty old bolts that held the bed to the frame. I installed all new nice and shiny stainless steel ones.

And, the best part is that I still have more parts on the bench, and more stuff to do next week.

I did scrape about 15 lbs of dirt encrusted grease off the bottom of the bed and the rearend, the pinion seal was leaking pretty bad.
