I just drilled them out and moved them to where they did fit.

Re: radiator doesn;t fit?
I went through the same issue. There are different (longer) brackets for the four core radiator. You will probably need to change the top ones too. I can't remember were I bought mine, may have been Brothers. The mount on the lower passenger side of the core support will have to be moved over more to the left (passenger side fender). I had to cut into the core suppor so the bracket would fit in that location.

I think this is what you are looking for. Is says "These are only available as the heavy duty style." Which I would think means a 4 Core Rad. http://www.brotherstrucks.com/prodin...number=RRL0072

Re: radiator doesn;t fit?
X2 the mount is bigger on the bottom as it is on the top for the four cores, and as said one will have to be moved out some but the core support has the place made into it already for it.

Re: radiator doesn;t fit?
i think i have done both i welded (on my 71) were the hole is i think factory had a pop rivet? On my wife's i tried running a small bolt it was a pita i do remember not sure what i ended up with (went out to look can't tell with everything together) that best to spot weld in place for me. I did all mine while in the truck so junk in the way.

Re: radiator doesn;t fit?
You do not have to weld...... being the 4 core style you will have to take a cresent wrench and bend the lip of the radiator support down a bit...then it will fit.....better to bolt it in...I did the 3 core to a 4 core in my k10....good upgrade!!!....you have the 4 core rubbers but you will need the support also

Re: radiator doesn;t fit?
The swap is simple. It didn't take much longer than just swapping radiators.I used 4 core mounts and rad.I think I paid $180 for the rad at O'Riellys.I bolted in the lowers with small stovebolts. It was a bit tight to get to but I managed.

Re: radiator doesn;t fit?
They are available at almost any aftermarket store. I ordered some from Wes (Classic Heartbeat) for a 4 core... and I believe they were original GM parts.
I welded the new ones in to the bottom of my rad support. Gary
