Is this bracket damaged?

This came off my 72 2wd blazer. I am wondering if this bracket should be this curved? I have seen a couple of others that were almost straight (mine curves to the left more than the others i've seen)...

It is hard to tell from your picture but it should be flat where it bolts to the side of the frame. Here is a picture to compare it to.

i realize it should be flat where it bolts up. i am wondering if there is to much bend on the end the idler arm bolts to....(if you could take a pic from above the bracket it becomes more obvious what i mean)

This is off center just a bit, but mine has a bend also.
