Then, as mentioned, the opti-spark...which was poorly designed from the get go. Ive owned several LT1s never had many Optispark problems...They last atleast 100K.
Iron LT1 & Iron Vortec heads share the same port design & flow VERY well. Then you got the LT4 head. I see no reason to adapt gen 1 heads to a LT1.
