how to convert from 8 lug to 5 lug

what's the easiest way to convert to a 5 lug on a 3/4 rear end?.....I had that setup before but I didn't do the mod.....wish I'd kept the axles.

Unless you can find a conversion adaptor, you will need to swap the entire axle assembly.

who makes coversion adapters?.....I've never heard of that....can you post a link?
