Is it fiberglass? If so, very cool.

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
How hard is it working on the engine with two of those installed? Looks like it would be pretty tight.

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
If I might make one suggestion..... Is there a way to eliminate the 'gap' @ the top of the fender where they meet?

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
Looks very similar to WTI fiberglass fenders for big trucks. I had some on two of my Peterbilts.

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
all gaps will be smoothed out , this is just the start of molding them together ! just a sneak peek in a rough stage of there development !! as for tighteness in the engine compartment they are a little narrower than the factory ones

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
Scot, those pictured are just setting in place over the stock tub with the inner fender still intact. Once the fender is cut out they will fit flush. Take a look at the link in his sig.

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
to answer your question Scoti...that will be gone on these they have to stay right under the fender chanel to clear the bottom of the hood, so no step up on these !

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
They look great Cheb!! Nice work so far... These will be compatible with all years correct, including 73-80? I'm not sure if there is a difference between inner fenders for early and later models, is why I ask...

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
i am building them on a 80-87 front clip, as far as i know the only difference is the placement of some of the holes ! BUT....you guys probably know this better than me , any input anyone if the factory inner fenders work in the older body style also ??

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
AWESOME!!
I loved seeing your process on the 67-72 truck ones, excellent work indeed. Consider one set sold already. I have been looking for a decent alternative to "trailer fenders" for my suburban and now have one. I've seen one set installed on a 67-72 'burb over in their section and the quality is second to none, perfect. Can't wait man!! Don't take this as me rushing you, but when do you think the first production run will be? Also, will your pricing be in-line with what the 67-72 ones are? I will have to set aside some cash for a set.

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
Right now, it's just going to be a 5/7 drop so they shouldn't be required.
I will most likely limit it to that drop just because I have other vehicles & it's supposed to be the 'work-horse', not the show ride. But, I'm young enough to know, never say never....
