You have different axles under your K10?

Wait, do you have 3/4 ton axles and suspension, or do you have 3/4 ton springs with half ton axles and you want lug pattern adapters to adapt to 8 lug wheels?

Watch out on Ebay with spacers. A lot of them are Chinese cast alu spacers- not really truck strong .
