Nice stickers on the back haha! Truck looks good can't wait to see it all done. I have always been a fan of your truck. Just like the way it looks and sits. Looks aggressive yet it very simple and clean and not sitting on huge rims lol. Keep up the good work

Looks nice, I really like the color! Do you know what blue it is? Going under the knife? What's the plan?

Thank you, the blue is the same blue thats on newer chevy trucks, the only difference is the base coat is matte black and the blue is put on in the first few coats of clear coat. The plans is to do some interior work, last winter took its tole on it. It's also getting new front leafs, and new radio, some body work to the roof, and if I can find a good parts truck, it is also getting a 73-80 front end. Maybe a colour change, and sorry Hoods69Badbowtie, but the girls are coming off. Then thats it till I find a d60 and 14ff.

Re: Just some updates :)
Just alittle update. After doing some investigative work to find out where the water was coming into the cab, I found some bad rust on the passanger side that needs to be taken care of. And I've decided not to paint it this year, and the 84 front end is going to stay for now. I've decided to save up some cash and do a body off in a few years. I also need to find some rust free doors with good vent windows, and for a little side project I have for the truck.

Re: Just some updates :)
Well the great thing about have a dad that works in the body shop buisness is I have a great shop to fix any issues I find in a timely matter. We fixed the floor, cab and cowl last week end, and was able to get the truck back together this week. Put the new radio in, and I love it, most would hate that it doesn't have a CD player, but it has a MP3 and is a much stronger deck then what was in there before. I also re-wired the stereo because the previous owner wired the fronts together and the rears together. Heres some pics of the new stereo deck.
and a look at the MP3 hook up After the radio went in I was able to re-install and clean the interior I did however forget to fix the turnsignal indicator in the steering column, so when I fix that I'm going to put on a new steering wheel. And I also installed new spot lights on the cowl. These will come in handy on the worksite and at the camp ground .

Re: Just some updates :)
Thanks, that means alot, I love my truck, and its become a pretty popular truck around town. To be honest getting kinda tired of answering "How much?" with, "it's not forsale". Infact I answered "$20,000" last time, who knows maybe one day, some poor idiot will same "Ok".
I figure rather then start a new update thread, I'll just keep bringin this one back form the dead, I hate starting new threads for no reason. Anyway have some new updates. Paint is on hold till next year, but I hate proper leafs up front finally, and a rebuilt longer driveshaft on the way. And I've had this Emblem in the cab for sometime now, and finally got it mounted I've wanted one on the hood for a long time. I know its a little off center, but I need a new hood anyway (lots of dents), so when I order a new one, or get another used one, I'll look for one with the holes already in it. Next on the list is to wire up the cowl lights and mount my high lift jack.
