Anyone know where the best place is to get a new power window motor for an 81 to 87?

Im curious to see if you get any word on a new replacement. Only ones i know of are re manufatured units that almost every parts store carrys and probably has on the shelf for about $25 plus core.

I stay with AC Delco motors - some sites to look at:
www.oewarehouse.com www.oehq.com www.autopartstomorrow.com www.rockauto.com Some have free shipping over a certain dollar amount. I have purchased from all of these sources with no problems. |

I used lmc. It crapped out after a year and they replaced it free with no questions asked.

I am also shopping for these but can't find "rear" regulators...
Can I assume GM was smart enough to use the same regulator for both windows on the same side of the truck...
