Vent widows hit inside door when open all the way

I rebuilt my vent windows, what a pain. Now when I open my vent window all the way it hits the door on the inside before it opens 100%. It needs to be a little bit higher but I see no way to raise it. I opened it all the way and chipped my new paint!

My driver side vent window does this too after I rebuilt it. So, I took a long hard look at the condition of the pass side & didn't rebuild it.

Yea I hear ya. After doing both of mine I would do it different next time and just use a rivet gun. It would be much quicker and easier.

How did you rivet the gaskets in place?
