Put on a shine and put my stock gauges back in for looks i have aftermarket ones which i use

Replaced the driver's-side header gasket (still ticking - I give up!). Washed inside and out - probably the last one of the year. Tried in vain to lube up my sticky gas pedal/throttle linkage... got fed up, started drinking.

I replaced the rear main seal, oil pan gasket, front crank seal, timing cover gasket and water pump gasket. Also got the new 4 row aluminum radiator put in. Hopefully now there will be no more leaks for a while

watched it rain....
ran out did the fuel pump....then rain
tried bending the line from the pump to the carb twice,
snapped the handle, then snapped the rivit in the middle.....musta needed a new one
changed wires.....then rain
checked plugs.....more rain
went to start the 79 jimmy,had flat dual batts
took out the 79 cluster....in the rain
went out to move the 88 burb and it's batt was flat
and thats after the 78 Jimmy's batt goin flat after taking out the inner fenders?

so i got 4 flat batts in about 2 weeks.....that time of the year
all four getting charged to try again lol
