tire size???
i have a 50 chevy, short bed, 3 window i am just starting to work on trying to get my parts in order. i think i am going to be getting a mustang II kit with the 2" drop spindles, coil over. wondering what size tires i will be able to run without rubbing? probably be running 17 or 18" rims. also i see on here some people talking about getting a deal on buying rims cause they did the group buy on this site, how does this work? thanks, jake

Re: tire size???
Time to get out the tape and start measuring... this will depend on backspacing of the rim and location of the hub in reference to the fenders! If your not good with the tape make a cardboard cut out with different tire diameters and widths and set it at different backspacings that your interested in block the lower control arms, put it on the hub and turn the setup to see if it rubs at your desired ride height.
