Sounds good. Yep that's what i am using 20gallon. Very good fab work. Alot of guys don't realize the cost in material during fabrication. Especially welding. http://www.nwsco.com/ Can't wait to see it done. She's gonna be One Bad Mamma Jamma!

Re: My 57 Pro Street
A little more progress on the truck.
I had to mount my front bumper. These first few pics show how they came from the factory. I think it sticks out a little to far so I'm going to change that. |

Re: My 57 Pro Street
So on with the changes.
I had to make some new brackets so I made some templates out of cardboard. transferred the design to some 3/16 plate and went to work with my angle grinder. After a little refinement this is what we get. |

Re: My 57 Pro Street
Drill a few holes and test fit them to the frame. On a side note I did have to modify my frame horns again.
A little welding and we're almost there. |

Re: My 57 Pro Street
And this is what you get.
The first pic is the original. The next pics are what you get when you flip the bumper. Please excuse the jack. As soon as my tires hit the ground I can't get it out (this will be corrected). It draws it into the truck and IMHO looks better for what I'm doing. I will be shortening the ends so they don't intrude on the wheel openings. Kim |
