I am trying to find a new instrument gauge housing. The screw holes are broke and stripped. This is for 1986 C-20 pickup.
I have been to every site on line with no luck. What are my options if any.

Sounds like you need the white plastic gauge cluster housing to put your gauges and printed curcit on right?

You can probably salvage the housing unless the screw towers are split completely away from the housing.

Carefully drill out the damaged holes till a plastic rod roughly twice the diameter of the screw can barely be inserted with model cement. The sprues from a model car boat etc kit can be used for this. Chuck a short piece in a drill and sand it down to the diameter you need. Cut a little longer than the holes you will be filling.
Set it aside in a warm place till the day after tomorrow. Now that the cement is really dry carefully whittle the patch down to the top of the damaged tower with sand paper.
Re-drill the holes out to pilot diameter for the original screws. Measure the top and bottom of the threads midway up the screw with a dial caliper and pick a drill bit that is roughly halfway between the two diameters (slightly smaller is better than slightly larger).
Carefully screw them back in by hand. Stop and turn backwards at least 1 full turn if it feels too tight. Don't tighten beyond 1/16 of a turn past contact with the gauge faces or you'll strip them again.
