Exclamation Spectre air cleaner ideas?

Does anyone like the specter air cleaner? and has anyone added one of these to there truck? i want to make it gather cold air any ideas of how to set it up?

I'm not a big fan of it personally. I've seen others in shows that are much cleaner, but once I see 2 or more at a show, I feel they get a little old and lose interest.

Personally, I'd rather see the original air cleaner mod'd like on the power block for a dual cold air inlet.

The problem with setting that up as "cold air" is that you will either have to relocate the filters somewhere where fresh air will get to it and away from engine compartment heat, this may expose the filter to the elements, or you will need to build a box to house the filters somewhere that will allow fresh air in, or you will need to figure out some type of inline filter. IMO a stock style air cleaner with fresh air ducted to it would be a easier, better looking, and more practical option.

I wanted to go with something different. Im not in love with this set up so far and don't think i will. I'm more of a fan of these, but don't know where to find them at

I am not a fan of the spectre set up.

If you like the one above it is being repopped all over the place just google "cadillac air cleaner".

way to much money for something that ugly. i'm running the 50 caddy a/c i like it and so does everyone else.
Check speedway motors they list them but are on backorder they might be in now

Bat Wing air cleaner or Cadillac air cleaner here's a repop on ebay for 137. Not mine. I like these air cleaners.

I thought the height of cool for me was my plan to put a red Spectre filter in my air cleaner.
