Brake lines. What is wrong with this picture

From inline tube. Does this look right? Should I bend the passenger side line so it fits? This is on a 67 c10. I should have listened and bought else where

Re: Brake lines. What is wrong with this picture

Thanks Keith. You always have the answer. The kit I bought also runs the lines on the outside of the frame. This makes the "T" real close to the A arm.

Re: Brake lines. What is wrong with this picture

I've found that most of these kits require a little bit of "tweaking".
You should be able to "twist" the right side brake line to make it work.
Take your time and don't kink the lines.

Re: Brake lines. What is wrong with this picture

Keith, thanks for the help. I am taking pictures as I go in case others need to know which line is which. I just held the rear lines up to the rear axle and those need to be bent too.

Re: Brake lines. What is wrong with this picture

Mine came the same way. I altered things to fit, but I'm not too happy with the look. You can kinda see what I did in this picture:

The part I don't like is the line that comes across the cross member, which I don't have a good picture of.

Unhappy Re: Brake lines. What is wrong with this picture

Inline Tube has the worst costumer service, if you try to inform them that something is wrong they'll just try to blame your truck not being correct.

I had a similar problem with their SS transmission cooler lines. I tried a few other brands but the Inline Tube was the best product quality - just had to make them fit.

Re: Brake lines. What is wrong with this picture

I had to twist one of mine 180 degrees. It's like they bent one end and then the other end. With no attention to the clocking of the ends to each other. I had to drive over to a buddies to look at his project truck just to figure out what the problem was.

Re: Brake lines. What is wrong with this picture

All mine from inline tube fit excellent (Standard Steel Lines) with the exception of the Fuel line from the pump to carb on my 6. Was just the wrong line altogether, But I made my own and was happy never the less
