CPU, the angle I spoke of was evidently the floating flat bar. 2 different ways I'd look at tackling it. Bolt a spacer to the bottom of the bed and mount the light bracket where you want it. Cut hole larger to center it up on the light. #3 would be to live with it (esp. if your going to change the bed anyway.)
