NP208 Help
I am gonna look at a np208 today, and wanted to know how to check to see if it is in good condition, meaning the guts of it. It is not installed in a vehicle, so didn't know what to look for. Any thing particular to look for?

Re: NP208 Help
Pull the top plug out of it and use your finger to check the slop in the chain. Without tearing into it that's about all you could do aside from cycling it through the selections and checking the functions.

Re: NP208 Help
Yep... turn the shaft and check for slop and get it in gears and inspect the sounds...
