got a C20 question

Hi all, long time, no see. Anyways, here's my question: My girlfriend's cousin just picked up a '70 C20 for hauling wood. The thing I'm not sure about is he says it has a Dana 70 (or Eaton rear, he wasn't 100% sure) with a set of overload leafs (I haven't been over to look a the truck yet)--those seem like 1-ton options, not 3/4 ton. Am I wrong? Or does he just have a real heavy 3/4 ton truck?

Re: got a C20 question

My '67 C20 came from the factory with an "Eaton" HO52 (see picture below) and the auxiliary springs (frame-mounted leafs). Also, it came with heavy-duty coils.

Re: got a C20 question

Let me rephrase the first part of what i said...
Overload springs were an option on all models of truck... Coil or leaf, C or K series, 10 - 30 series.
