I have 2 stepside fenders and 2 bedsides that I am not going to use. You Would still need a tailgate, front panel and the underside braces all of which is available via aftermarket. The pieces are not perfect but usable. All have been blasted and primed but that was 15 years ago so they will need some work. I am about 45 min north of Beaumont. Right, runs from control to defrost/heat lever inside the cab. I've got one too now that I rebuilt my heater box from the proverbial box-o-parts.
