72 gmc head unit

I got a 72 gmc pickup, and i'm looking for a head unit for it could be after market or stock doesn't matter, preferably whatevers cheaper I just don't know what will and won't fit in the dash.

If the dash is cut (and not hacked), any single DIN radio will fit.

If it's not cut (two circle holes and a rectangular hole), and you don't want to cut it, you have to go with a 2 knob type stereo.

Given you're looking at cost alone, check CL or ebay even your local flea market based on the above.

any junk yard will sell any radio for under 20 bucks. if it doesn't work, bring it back and swap it.. rule of fitting radios.. if it looks like it should fit, it does.. single din radios all have the same look..
