Could it be wheel bearings??????
I took my truck for a drive tonight to see how everything that was put in is working, and my number one problem is two noises. one, changes with speed, and is like a high pitched, almost rubbing sound, the other, is just a high pitched ringing sound, im thinking that its the wheel bearings because the main one does change with speed, what other problems could it be that change with speed? does anyone know of any??

center bearing in the drive shaft will change with speed

Might as well just go ahead and change the brakes, get the rotors turned, and put some new ones in.
That or just take it all apart and regrease them/replace just the bearings. Still trying to figure out your other problem, but that's requiring more coffee...

front brakes ok?
does it go away when the brakes are used? squealers hitting the rotors?

How about just jack the truck up and spin one wheel at a time to try and see which one is/isn't making noise?

thanks for all the responses guys, i tried it all and it turned out to be the speedo cable coming from behind the cluster that was changing with speed!
