Isolated problem w front pass side turn signals..need help
My front passenger side turn signals aren't working and I'm not sure why and I didn't see any relevant posts so hoping for help.
The running lights on this side work fine as does the same side rear turn signal. The problem is isolated to the side marker light and front bumper light, which don't blink. I suspect a problem with the forward harness. Driver side lights all work fine. Any ideas? Thanks, Pete

I would start with a tester at the light and test the socket, then go to the plug at the core support, then go to the firewall connector, etc. Just keep chasing it back until you find power. LockDoc

Re: Isolated problem w front pass side turn signals..need help
I had a similar issue on my 72. A test light is your bestfriend as LockDoc pointed out. Hook it to a ground, turn your affected lights on, and go to town. The issue is likely between your driver-side and passenger-side. You may need to unwrap your harness and chase your wires from the passenger-side all the way to the firewall. Mine ended up being a melted wire in the portion of the harness that runs between the fender and wheel well. Just be patient and go slow...it may seem like a huge mess of wires, but once you attack it with the test light and seeing what does what when you work the headlight, highbeam, and turn signal switches. Best of luck...

Those bulbs have a separate light for parking and for signaling. Just because you have power on the parking light side doesn't mean that you have power on the signaling side.
