Interesting. The GVW states 25,500 therefore it would be under CDL and it has Air Brakes. I only saw one other truck (that I verified anyway) that had Air Brakes and was under CDL.

The other interesting thing is that even though the GVW is 25,500, the Axels add up the 27,500. I had a truck like that once. I had a '67 GMC 7500 and the Axels added up to 31,000 but the GVW was stamped 27,500. Either way that truck was over CDL, even though I owned it in the days before CDL. My Chauffeurs license covered it back then.
