Anyone running a Watts link with trailing arm
A buddy of mine is looking to do a bag set up on a 64. He is not interested in notching the frame, but would like to keep the rear centered in the truck. Being the nature of a panhard bar moving the rear off center when ride height changes, I suggested a Watts link. Looking for pics.
If you have a 4-link or other with Watts link, I'd be happy to show him that as well, but preffer a truck arm set up with Watts link. Thanks in advance!! Shaun

If its got a 12 bolt http://www.kplinks.com/product.php?p...&cat=98&page=1 A watts link can be used on anything from leaf springs to a link set up it just keeps the rear end centered.My friend has one on his 90 camaro it did help it handle better to me i drove it before and after.

Hotrodhomi is running one on his blazer with ta's. I believe it's kp comonent's as well.

And yes, I did gusset the housing mounts, but I did that with the housing out of the truck. It's off at powdercoat now, I didn't ever put the housing back in for pictures before I sent it off. |
