Power Window Noise

I havent opened it up yet but I would like to get some opinions on where to start.
I rolled the window down and about half way down it makes a loud grinding noise. And will I roll it up all the way it makes the same noise..

Any thoughts??

you will see the problem as soon as you pull the door panel.. either one of the mounting screws backed out or the bracket broke.. last option is a tooth broke off.. junk yard or dealer..
