62 seat belts
i live in va and seat belts are the law for a decade now. i miss wearing seat belts. can anyone let me know where i can purchase 3 to match the golden fawn interior and they look period correct?

This is the only place I’m aware of that produces vintage style belts with the correct male buckle end that would have been available in 1962. I’m color blind so can’t help with that, but they do have a couple of tans and a beige color that might work.

The difference between the 62 and 63 was in the webbing of the seat belt. The clasp and buckle was the same. In 64 the had the same design as 63 except they now color matched the buckle to the webbing. Note the line in the picture that the rear seat belts for passenger cars is the correct application to the trucks.
The correct buckle was furnished by the Irving Airchute Co. Model 5000C
