i wouldnt do more than 1 1/2 because the ride will be ruined after 1 1/2 and you may have clearance issues

cut the end of the coils that sit in the lower control arms

a grinder with a cutting wheel will take 10 seconds/per cut

i cut a coil and a half off of a 62 bel air....gave me 3 inches and the ride was the same and it cornered better due to a little stiffer spring rate. also ive gotten the same effects on a couple s10s. ive never done it on a c10 but ive seen many threads that say the same thing i have experienced
