drag pics

I raced at the European Finals at the weekend, mine is the truck without flames! Pro Mod truck runs 6.4secs. We both lost in the finals coincidentally. My truck runs mid 13s. Until I install a 502 anyway.

CPNE, thats just the way your mind works!

On the burnout shot you can see my early attempts at a ram air system in the upper grille.

Wow...cool pic! I love seeing an old chevy haul a$$. Are they very many of these trucks in the UK? I think we have 1 or 2 more members from over there....

Yellow, very few chevys, or any US trucks. They were not sold here. Mine is an ex-USAF truck that was left behind. Others are later imports. It's a fairly close knit community over here.

Those trucks look sweet Although I can't help but wonder what's going on with your right front wheel in the fourth pic. Is that just me or does it look turned in? I'm assuming it's just the angle, maybe a reflection in the camera or something like that?

OneMpg, the truck is sliding sideways in the burnout and I am applying opposite lock. I thought it looked strange too, but if you consider the photographer was at the side of the track and I am straight on to him. I let the revs die a little to 4000 and it started to hook up, must keep it at 5000!
