When did you realize you had it bad for the C-10??

When I was 16 I was working at a gas station. Guy drove in with an early 80's shortbed that was for sale. I bugged and bugged my dad about getting it as my first car. He wouldn't go for it cause he didn't want me driving anything with a v8 in it. So I ended up with a vw bug. (which I ended up dumping a butt load of money into and ran high 12's in the 1/4 mile.) LOL. Well needless to say I stumbled onto mine a little over a year ago. Had to have it so I got it.
