HUBCAPS all shapes and sizes

I will have prices shortly. A lot to sort out! ALL the insides are GREAT. No rust on inners and a few are flawless. All are half ton besides Bottom row GMC's. One of those is fairly rough.

I know I am trying Mel. I just ran across all of these but they can be used on whatever year people would like so I feel they are still relevant. Hubcaps are new to me sooooo yeah. hard to keep track of what color, styles, and years are what.

Those are really nice and the nicest out of the bunch. I am partial to them and would like to see $100 out of them + ship. They are really clean. I will take individual pics if interested. I would say $120 shipped.

Aluminum can rust and it does... When aluminum is mounted to iron or steel it causes electrolysis. I have seen this MANY times in the glazing field on curtain wall systems and sky walks. Just some info:

Electrolytic Corrosion (Electrolysis) occurs when
dissimilar metals are in contact in the presence of an
electrolyte, such as water (moisture) containing very
small amounts of acid. The dissimilar metals set up a
galvanic action that results in the deterioration of one of
them. The following is a list of the more common
commercial metals, sequenced according to what is
known as the "Galvanic Series":

Got any prices on the rest of these caps? Aren't you supposed to figure all that out before posting? What's the point?

DUDE!!! I am growing really tried or your mockery. If you do not like my threads or parts just stay off of them. No need for any more sarcastic comments. I posted a WIW thread to no avail and I am not too familiar with some of these caps. Not trying to escalate the situation but I have a lot of parts and I am sorry I am inferior to your extensive knowledge and education.

Thanks

Re: HUBCAPS all shapes and sizes

I don't know what you are talking about. Ok,so I made the comment,
"What's the point?". Maybe I could have left that out. It's not sarcasm,it's suggesting a common sense reason for why the guideline is there. I look at parts posts and when I see someone not following the guidelines sometimes I say something (it's not my place to command you),as other members do. I asked like I did because I figure a High Octane member would know this. In the future I'll just report your thread like I am doing now. And,if you have a beef with me feel free to send a PM,not post it on the forum.
And,forum staff,I apologize for the drama. That was not my intention.
