I agree you could seal off the upper part and sound mat it. ( i have already put the mat in and then sprayed the undercoating in that area.) you now have a decent size encloser.
Here is a pic of bike we just got done. It does have a blower and makes 222 hp and 174 tq, may not sound like much but when it started out it made 65 hp and 77 tq LMAO .. Now you can vaporize the rear tire at 80 mph and the front wheel is floating along ... 88 inch stock now a 120 CI with 15 lbs of boost... the sound is killer when you back off the throttle and it blows off. I have startled several riders.. he he . Well if you make the set up let me know..
