upgrades to 72 cheyenne

Replacing worn out Holley with rebuilt Quadrajet and adding HEI. Been using truck and not paying much attention to it. Time to take care of it!! Also need to fix heater/AC fan switch and distribution duct.

Q Jet/HEI

Very good choice! I'm running a rebuilt HEI and Q Jet and think they're both great, I will be adding the MSD box though.

Good eyes!!

Sounds like you may have ridden in that 71 blue bomber cruising the wrecking yards Last picture I saw of that tailgate it was leaning up against a pile of parts. I wish Phillip would sell it back to me at a discount.

thanks for comments.

Well my understanding of the 6A box is that it increases and makes a more consistent spark so I would think it would help any engine, even a bone stock one.
