'68 E-brakes

Does anybody have correct routing for E-brake cable on a '68 133" wheel base truck. Cab has cable that is long enough to go to a bracket underneath the seats like my '70. This frame does not have that bracket and this cable is no good. The chassis has a cable that goes through the frame right by the clutch rod but the way it is run doesn't look like it will reach the E-brake pedal. I know it should work but I don't know how to route it.

It has a pedal? It should be a hand brake.
If you have a pedal, then treat it like a 69 and get parts for a 69 one ton.

Thanks for the diagram, might be able to shorten the route to brake pedal. Yeah it has a brake pedal not hand brake. Cab #s say it was from a '68 4X4. Who knows what parts are original or not over the last 30+ years. Trying to make some of what I have on hand work.
